One Percent Challenge Registration Ended
Overview:
Take eM Life's One Percent Challenge to experience the benefits of mindfulness. Learn how to be more present in your daily life, and build stronger relationships, emotional health and well-being. Participating is simple- sign up between January 1st and January 31st to participate, and dedicate 14 minutes a day to any one of our live mindfulness sessions. Receive and give- over the course of the challenge the more you practice, the more we donate to charity.
