Experience the benefits of mindfulness with a consistent daily practice for 14 minutes (just one percent of your day) for 30 days that also gives back to charity. You’ll learn how to be more present in daily life, build stronger relationships and strengthen emotional health and well-being. 30 Day Challenge begins after the first Live or On-Demand activity between January 6 and January 31. Participants can begin the challenge through January 31, 2020, with the last eligible day of activity on February 29, 2020.
Every minute counts! Practice mindfulness through eM Life’s Live and On-Demand program at least 14 minutes each day to qualify for prizes. Earn rewards at 10, 20 and 30 days of participation. Participate from the eM Life app, mobile web, tablet or computer.
